1. Who these terms cover
These Terms and Conditions apply when you submit onboarding information, purchase, or use a BeWise Placements service. In these Terms, “BeWise,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean BeWise Placements; “you” means the candidate using the service.
BeWise Placements supports international students and recent graduates with job searches for technology roles in the United States and Canada.
Confirmation required: Legal entity name and business mailing address to be confirmed before publication.
2. What BeWise does
BeWise provides person-led job-search support. A specialist works from the goals, locations, role preferences, and work-authorization details you provide.
- Resume and LinkedIn optimization for selected job targets.
- Target-role search and manually reviewed applications through LinkedIn Easy Apply and company career pages when relevant openings are available.
- Interview-call alerts for interview requests, scheduling messages, next-round requests, and other important recruiter responses.
3. No outcome guarantees
BeWise manages and supports the job search; it does not make hiring decisions. We do not guarantee an interview, job offer, placement, compensation level, visa sponsorship, immigration outcome, or number of callbacks.
Employers, job boards, and other third-party platforms control their own opportunities, hiring processes, and account decisions.
4. Your instructions and authorization
You authorize BeWise personnel to use the information, materials, and access you provide only to deliver the agreed job-search support and to follow your stated job targets and instructions.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your resume, work history, education, work authorization, application answers, and all other information submitted under your name.
- Do not ask BeWise to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
- Tell us promptly if your target roles, locations, eligibility, or instructions change.
- The application-review and approval process will be explained during onboarding.
5. Credentials and third-party platforms
Some services can require access to LinkedIn, email, job boards, employer career pages, or other job-search portals. If you choose to provide access, you authorize BeWise to use it only for your job search.
You can revoke access at any time by changing your password or otherwise removing access. Third-party platforms have their own terms and may limit access, require verification, flag activity, or suspend an account; BeWise does not control those decisions.
6. Fees, cancellation, and refunds
Any applicable price, billing schedule, and included services will be shared before you purchase a plan or begin paid service.

7. Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how BeWise handles the information you share. BeWise uses job-search information only to provide the service, communicate with you, meet legal obligations, and otherwise as described in that policy.
8. Changes, termination, and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will be displayed on this page.
